I had the opportunity to work with coaches from Lucid Bay Digital during the transformation of Česká spořitelna, a.s. , they distinguished themselves by their knowledge of agile techniques. They were able to develop novice colleagues. I also had the opportunity to participate in workshops and trainings prepared by Lucid Bay Digital employees – all of them were at a high level. They helped us take a quantum leap in creating a culture based on agile principles and customer centric approach.
